Request Login

Who can create a myHoval account?

The following requirements are necessary for registration in our e-business area:

  • Your company must be in the HVAC sector
  • You must have a Hoval customer number
  • Your company e-mail address and contact details must already be on our system
When do I have to request a login?
  • If you are not yet a Hoval customer and do not have a Hoval customer number.
  • If you are a company operating in the HVAC sector and want to work with Hoval.
  • Apply here for your myHoval login and thus a Hoval customer account.
  • We will verify your details.
  • If the answer is positive, an area manager will contact you.
When do I have to activate a login?
  • If you are already a Hoval customer and have a Hoval customer number.
  • Before using the new e-business area for the first time, you must activate your new login once.
  • After that, you can always log in directly via the Login page.
What information is required to activate the login?
  • Your personalised or general company e-mail address
  • Your Hoval customer number
  • Your company's post code

  • After providing the necessary information, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link.
  • Click on this link - Please note that the link is only valid for 30 minutes.
  • Complete or control your personal data
  • Set a password

What is a company administrator and what rights does he have?
  • The company administrator is the person of a company who first activates the login and logs in to myHoval.
  • Every company has a myHoval company administrator
  • In the myHoval account overview, the company administrator has added the additional menu item Manage users
  • The company administrator can add or remove new contacts in his company for myHoval
  • The company administrator can deactivate the user accounts of his colleagues in the user administration
  • The company administrator may give or revoke the purchase authorisation for other users of his company for the Hoval e-Business area
Who is the company administrator in my company?
  • The first person in your company to activate the login to myHoval and log in is recorded in our system as a company administrator.
  • The name of your company administrator can be found in the Personal Profile menu under myHoval Administrators
  • Administrator rights can be easily transferred to another contact person at a later date or extended to other people.

What is my username?
  • This is your personalised or general company e-mail address with which you have activated your myHoval login.
Forgot your password?
  • Just click on this link
  • Enter your personalised or general company email address
  • You will receive an email from us immediately
  • Click on the link in the mail. Please note that this link is only valid for 30 minutes.
  • Enter your new password

Personal Profiles

Where can I update my personal data?
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on the menu item Personal profile
  • In the Personal information section, please click on Edit 
How can I change my password?

OR

  • Click on the menu item Login
  • Click on the link Forgot your password
  • Enter your personalised or general company email address
  • You will receive an email with the link to change your password

Manage Users

I don't have a 'Manage Users' menu item in my account overview
  • This menu item is only available to the company administrator of your company.
  • The name of your company administrator can be found in the Personal Profile menu under myHoval Administrators.
Can I add new users to myHoval?
  • Only the company administrator of a company can add users.
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Manage users
  • At the bottom of the user list is the Add User button
How can I remove users from myHoval?
  • Only the company administrator of a company can remove users.
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Manage users
  • Select the respective user, then you will be taken to the user details page
  • Click the Delete User button
How do I transfer company administrator rights to someone else?
  • Only the company administrator of a company can transfer the administrator rights
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Manage users
  • Select the person you want to be the new company administrator
  • After that, you will be taken to the user details page
  • Activate the Administrator checkbox
  • Save
  • Select your own account from the list of users
  • Uncheck the Administrator checkbox
  • Save
  • From now on, the administrator rights are transferred from your user to the other
How do I make another person a company administrator?
  • Only the company administrator of a company can define other company administrators.
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Manage users
  • Select the respective user, then you will be taken to the user details page
  • Activate the Administrator checkbox
  • Save
  • From now on, you and the user you just edited are the company administrators in your company

Address Book

How do I change the company, billing or delivery address
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Address Book
  • Company, billing and shipping addresses can be selected and edited separately.
  • Enter the correction
  • Click Send Request
  • Once your details have been verified, they will be transferred to our system
How do I add additional delivery addresses?
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Address Book
  • Click the Add Shipping Address button
  • Enter the address details
  • Click Send Request
  • Once your details have been verified, they will be transferred to our system
How can I change the default shipping address?
  • In the myHoval account overview, click on Address Book
  • Click on the link
  • Set as default delivery address for the desired delivery address
