Service
To ensure the optimum operation of your equipment it is essential to have planned regular maintenance and servicing. Hoval have a national team of qualified service engineers who will commission and service your equipment as part of an annual maintenance agreement. Our service and after sales support is available for hot water and steam boilers, solar equipment, heat pumps and industrial ventilation. We also specialise in full system service checks.

We supply maintenance contracts to the UK’s leading hospitals including Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and The Queen‘s Medical Centre, Nottingham. We also have major Service Contracts in the Defence, Food and Retail Sectors as well as in many Public and Private Sector buildings.
Turnkey solutions and maintenance contracts
Hoval offers a complete replacement plant solution which can include the integration of renewable heating equipment
Upgrading, replacing and refurbishing Hoval work alongside large Facilities Management Companies to provide complete boiler replacement turnkey solutions. This can include the integration of renewable heating equipment. We will tailor service and maintenance to suit your individual requirements. We can offer three or five year contracts with a discounted spares pricing structure to provide you with complete piece of mind and an easy payment structure. You can be safe in the knowledge that you will have received the correct level of service together with a full parts and labour guarantee.
These agreements can apply to boilers, burners calorifiers and associated equipment, solar heating systems, heat pumps and Hoval Industrial Ventilation Systems.
In addition we can also provide annual boiler insurance preparations and inspections, five year boiler NDT inspections and testing.
We also specialise in the upgrading of boilers, burners and other equipment.

Hoval hold a comprehensive stock of spare parts for our range of boilers, calorifiers and renewable heating equipment which are normally despatched for next day delivery. This means breakdowns can be repaired quickly and downtime minimised. Payment can be made by most

Hoval Training Centre
Hoval have a bespoke Training Centre where we hold practical hands-on and classroom sessions to ensure that all attendees are trained in the safe and efficient operation of Hoval heating, hot water and associated equipment. Our Training Centre is equipped with the latest biomass boilers, solar equipment, high efficiency condensing boilers and heat pumps. All units are operational and topics covered include full commissioning, servicing, fault finding and systems training. On site training is also available if required.
