THW-I NTE
Boiler door

Large boiler door significantly simplifies cleaning of the combustion chamber, the 2nd and 3rd pass. The special construction of the hinge makes the boiler door easy to open. With its optimum heat insulation, the boiler door helps reduce heat losses from the boiler to a minimum.

Burner

The boiler is optimally suited for the use of LowNOx burners due to the combustion chamber geometry and the low thermal load at the combustion chamber.

Heating surface

The smooth-tubed heating surface without turbula- tors reduces flue gas losses and enables quick and easy cleaning to ensure economical operation.

Insulation

High-efficiency thermal insulation with aluminium cladding reduces standby losses to a minimum and thus contributes to optimum cost effectiveness.

Finned tube wall

The finned tube wall means that full water cooling in the turning chamber between the 1st and 2nd pass is achieved. This significantly boosts fuel exploitation.

THW-I NTE

The THW-I NTE is an industrial heating boiler with capacity range from 1500 to 20000 kW and pressure 6 or 10 bar. The boiler can be fired on oil or gas.

Hoval high output heating boilers are made of high quality steel and are distinguished by their solid, robust and flexible design, particularly by their ease of operation, their easy maintenance and an optimal efficiency.

Optimised design concept for maximum results
Minimal emissions during all operating conditions – by using 3-pass boiler design and big flame tube dimensions.
Fully water cooled boiler back wall (made from seamless finned tubes) increase the heat utilization and reduces radiation loss. The large water capacity ensures long burner running times and increase the plant efficiency.
Durability is ensured by integrated return flow water injector which results a fast mixture of inflowing water with higher temperature boiler water – this results less risk of smoke gas condensation and reduces thermal shocks.
Very easy to be cleaned due to fully opened / hinged boiler front door. No additional brickwork (fireclay) inside the flame tube
