Leave the maintenance of your Hoval equipment to the experts by opting-in for a service contract.  In order to provide expert commissioning, maintenance and fault finding, all our service engineers are Gas Safe registered and receive continuous training to ensure they are up to speed with the latest products, technical developments and legislative requirements.  Furthermore, as the manufacturer, we have fast access to spares for both past and current products.

Planning for your equipment to be serviced will enable you to accurately budget over the years.  We have a variety of pricing plans on offer to ensure you choose the right plan for you and your equipment.

Hoval have now gone that step further, from 1st January 2016 all UltraGas boilers can benefit from a 10 year Heat Exchanger Warranty

One Plan


Pay annually for a service package that includes:

Plant inspection visit
Major service visit
Interim service visit (if applicable)

Seasonal Plan


Schedule for your boiler to be serviced between the months of April and July and you will benefit from a 10% discount off the full service cost as shown on the Hoval One Plan.

Three Plan


Take out a three year service plan and you will save money by 'holding' the first year's price for the following two years, but only paying after each visit has been completed.

3% spares discount on any parts required*
3% discount on the service breakdown rate*

Five Plan


The Five Year Plan works alongside a five year boiler heat exchanger warranty*. This plan ensures your service requirements are met for the next five years. Pay just 5% up front to activate then the costs will be split after each visit has been completed.

Choosing this plan means you will benefit from a 5% discount on any spares required and 5% discount from the service breakdown rate.

Ultra Safe 10


Be 'UltraSafe' with Hoval's premier ten year service plan for your UltraGas boiler alongside your 10 year heat exchanger warranty.*

Benefit from 10% discount on any spare parts required and 10% off the breakdown day rate

Free TTE Gateway


For all three, five and ten year Service Contracts a free TopTronic® E online Gateway box¹ will be supplied together with a licence key to provide a connection to the website. Using the Hoval App you will then have remote access to your Hoval TopTronic® E controlled equipment via your Smartphone, tablet or PC.

Furthermore in the event that a problem arises Hoval UK will monitor e-mail alerts from your equipment³ and contact you to discuss what action needs to be taken³.

Service Kits


We cant think of any particular reason why your UltraGas or TopGas boiler should break down especially if you hold a Hoval Service Contract but just in case, and the worst does happen it makes sense to have the relevant parts handy.
Customers with a Hoval boiler service contract can benefit from a 10% discount on a range of service kits available.
