Leave the maintenance of your Hoval equipment to the experts by opting-in for a service plan. In order to provide expert commissioning, maintenance and fault finding, all our service engineers are Gas Safe registered and receive continuous training to ensure they are up to speed with the latest products, technical developments and legislative requirements. Furthermore, as the manufacturer, we have fast access to spares for both past and current products.

Planning for your equipment to be serviced will enable you to accurately budget over the years. We have a variety of pricing plans on offer to ensure you choose the right plan for you and your equipment.

One Plan

Pay annually for a service package from our team of experts. As the manufacturer, we have fast access to spare parts should they be needed.

Includes:
Plant inspection visit
Major service visit
Interim service visit (if applicable)

Three Plan

Save money by 'holding' the first year's price for the next two years, but only pay after each visit has been completed.

Benefit from:
5% spares discount on any parts required*
3% discount on the service breakdown rate*

Five Plan

This plan works alongside a five year boiler heat exchanger warranty*. Pay just 5% up front to activate, then the costs will be split after each visit has been completed.

Benefit from a 5% discount on any spares required and 5% discount from the service breakdown rate.

UltraSafe TEN

Be 'UltraSafe' with Hoval's premier ten year service plan for your UltraGas boiler alongside your 10 year heat exchanger warranty.*

Benefit from 10% discount on any spare parts required and 10% off the breakdown day rate

Service Kits

We cant think of any reason why your UltraGas or TopGas boiler should break down but just in case, it makes sense to have the relevant parts handy.

Customers with a Hoval boiler service contract can benefit from a 10% discount on a range of service kits available.
