Belaria fit WLH – Efficient Solutions with Renewable Energy

High-power heating, cooling, and hot water for medium to large commercial buildings

The Belaria fit WLH represents the next step in Hoval’s commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable energy solutions. Designed to provide high power output using a monovalent system or as part of a hybrid configuration, it harnesses a high percentage of renewable energy to supply reliable heating, cooling and hot water for a wide range of commercial applications.

Whether for offices, hotels, hospitals, shopping centres, industrial facilities or multi-residential buildings, the Belaria fit WLH ensures comfort, efficiency and environmental responsibility in every setting.

Efficient by design

Every component of the Belaria fit WLH is engineered for optimum performance. Its modulating inverter technology allows the system to continuously adjust output between 30% and 100%, maintaining maximum efficiency and consistent indoor comfort even under varying load demands.

The water-repellent coating on the evaporator fins improves heat exchange efficiency and reduces defrosting times, ensuring uninterrupted performance even in colder conditions. Meanwhile, the use of R32 refrigerant provides superior thermal capacity and efficiency for both heating and cooling operations.

This combination of intelligent modulation and high-efficiency refrigerant technology ensures the Belaria fit WLH achieves excellent seasonal performance factors (SCOP and SEER), ideally suited to temperate climates and energy-conscious operations.

Heat recovery for even greater efficiency

The Belaria fit WLH can also be configured for heat recovery, enabling free hot water production during cooling operation. This functionality reduces the system’s overall energy demand while delivering additional usable heat for domestic hot water or process applications.

By lowering the condensation temperature under nominal conditions, the heat recovery system increases cooling capacity by around 3.2% and reduces compressor power consumption by approximately 3.6%, further improving the total energy balance.

Modular and flexible

The modular design of the Belaria fit WLH allows it to adapt easily to projects of all sizes. As a stand-alone unit, it provides ample capacity for medium to large buildings. For projects requiring higher output, multiple units can be combined in cascade, offering scalable power with coordinated control for optimal performance.

The Belaria fit WLH can also be integrated with Hoval UltraGas 2 or TopGas condensing boilers to form a hybrid system, providing maximum efficiency where higher flow temperatures are required. This flexibility ensures a perfect fit for complex building demands and retrofit projects aiming to balance renewable integration with dependable heat delivery.

Sustainable by nature

Sustainability is at the core of the Belaria fit WLH. The use of R32 refrigerant, compliant with EU environmental regulations, offers a lower global warming potential (GWP) than traditional refrigerants, contributing to reduced CO₂ emissions and improved environmental performance.

Reducing carbon impact

When paired with an UltraGas 2 condensing boiler in a hybrid configuration, the Belaria fit WLH can achieve CO₂ emission reductions of up to 42% compared to conventional heating systems. This makes it a smart choice for building owners seeking measurable progress towards sustainability goals while maintaining the performance and reliability required for demanding commercial environments.
