How do I use myHoval?
The first time you use myHoval, you’ll need to register and activate your account. After that, ordering is simple. You can search by serial number or browse our spares catalogue, then add genuine Hoval parts straight into your basket, and submit your order.
Your order will be sent directly to our system and approved by one of our spares co-ordinators before it’s dispatched. Please note: our team is available Monday–Friday, so orders placed outside of these times will be picked up as soon as we’re back in the office.
